Lemon, Garlic, Ginger & Cinnamon Honey Remedy

👩‍🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the Ingredients
Wash lemons thoroughly and slice thinly.
Peel garlic cloves.
Slice ginger into thin rounds.
Lightly crush cinnamon sticks if desired for stronger flavor.
2. Fill the Jar
Layer ingredients into the mason jar:
Lemon slices
Ginger slices
Garlic cloves
Cinnamon sticks
Peppercorns (if using)
Repeat layers until the jar is nearly full.
3. Add the Honey
Slowly pour raw honey over everything.
Use a spoon to release trapped air bubbles.
Make sure all ingredients are fully submerged.
4. Seal & Infuse
Close the jar tightly.
Let sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
Then refrigerate for up to 2–3 weeks.
The honey will become thinner as it mixes with lemon juice — this is normal.
