January potluck vibes: toss boxed stuffing mix and just three more ingredients into the crockpot and let it cook—then watch everyone wonder what you made when they taste it.

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Add ingredients to slow cooker
Place the dry stuffing mix and onion (if using) into the slow cooker. Pour in the soup and broth over the top. Gently press down so the liquid starts to soak in—do not stir.

2. Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until the liquid is absorbed and the stuffing is soft and tender.

3. Finish and serve
If using cheese, sprinkle it on during the last 15 minutes of cooking. Fluff gently with a fork before serving.

❄️ Why it works for January potlucks
It’s warm, easy to keep on “warm” for hours, and pairs well with almost anything—perfect for relaxed, post-holiday gatherings.
