Easy Lemon 7UP Cake

Yield: 12 servings | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 45 minutes | Total Time: 55 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 box instant lemon pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup 7UP
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil

Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp 7UP

Instructions

  1. Mix cake ingredients and pour into greased bundt pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 40–45 minutes.
  3. Cool, then drizzle with glaze before serving.

Chef Tip: For an extra tangy flavor, add lemon zest to both the batter and glaze.
